RETURNS & REFUNDS

Legal Entity Disclosure: Mubarak Tech Store is a trading name of Mabruk Tech Limited, a registered business in Kenya. All references to “we,” “our,” or “Mubarak Tech” refer to Mabruk Tech Limited.

At Mubarak Tech Store, we strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to take back the product and issue a full refund, subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/accessories.
  • It has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used products or those damaged by the customer.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

2. Return Window

  • Regular items: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or wrong items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at sales@mubaraktechstore.com or call 0722 665 209 with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or a video supporting your request.
  • Wait for approval and return instructions.
  • Once approved, return the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • After inspection, refunds will be processed via M-Pesa within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: Issued to the original M-Pesa number used during payment within 1–3 business days after return approval.
  • Exchanges: Available only if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Store Credit: May be offered in place of a refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • There is no cash on delivery option.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are issued promptly once approved. However:

  • It may take time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
  • Some banks take up to 30 days to post refunds.

If you’ve confirmed with your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


7. Address Changes & Cancellations

Wrong Address?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to correct it. However, if the order has already entered fulfillment, we cannot change it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations:
If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


8. Invalid Return Reasons

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere

Placing an order creates a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase.
