1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases on this site.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout via M-Pesa through Pay Hero.
  • We do not support cash on delivery.
  • Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders in the case of:
    • Suspected fraud
    • Incomplete information
    • Payment issues

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local delivery within Kenya.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the region:
    • Nairobi CBD: 100 KES
    • Greater Nairobi: 500 KES
    • Outside Nairobi: 600 KES (paid in advance)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to error or defective product.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to:
    • Misuse
    • Water damage
    • Unauthorized repairs
    • Accidental drops
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property
