Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders made after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In cases of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped. Your order number will become trackable within 24 hours of dispatch. Some tracking may be via SMS or third-party rider platforms.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mubarak Tech Store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the delivery carrier immediately and retain all packaging for claim purposes.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to issue a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
- Digital, perishable, or final sale items are non-returnable.
📨 How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@mubaraktechstore.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting photo or video evidence
- Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original M-Pesa number used for payment within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- A confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email.
